iPSL is the market leader in processing domestic cheques across the UK, handling over 500 million yearly – they needed a new and cost-efficient solution.
Successfully led a team of 8 developers, effectively managing their workload and ensuring that all assigned work was completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Drastically enhanced the performance and created a cost-efficient new solution, replacing obsolete software by implementing a cloud-native system using the latest Azure and .NET 6 technologies.
Creating optimized, faster, and reliable processes to handle thousands of cheques every hour by creating a serverless software solution.

iGaming solution
An essential pillar in the new strategy for GiG was to venture into new regulated markets and thus offering the iGaming services in new jurisdictions.
Achieving 100% compliance with the German, Swedish, Hungarian and Argentinian markets by fully complying with their regulations.
Drastically enhancing the security of the web application and its users by adding another layer of protection and contributing towards a defense-in-depth approach.

Marketing research web application
With over 150.000 users using an old architecture, the development cycle for new features was slow and expensive. InSites Consulting was losing money as the Asian market was inaccessible with the current solution.
Increased income by 5-10% by opening up the Asian market by fully complying with their regulations and offering a stable and fast solution based on third-party libraries. Thousands of new users joined the site.
Reduced the time & cost for new frontend features by a minimum of 15% by allowing interns and developers to build way faster by designing a generic frontend architecture. Moderators were able to access functionalities 3-4 times faster than before.
Drastically decreased page loads from 5-7 seconds to 2-3 seconds by designing and safely migrating towards an Azure-based architecture integrating services like CDN, search, Redis cache, etc.

Employee benefits administration software
The client struggled with an outdated application. Very slow and not user friendly – made it very painful for moderators to do their job. Maintenance and new features were projecting high costs on the long term.
Reduced time spent by moderators by hundreds of hours monthly, allowing them to setup new apps 2-3x faster by designing a custom-tailored new programming language and exposing it through a web interface.

Warehouse management web and mobile application
The client was losing data in his warehouse as there was no real-time sync in the warehouse management web application. Also, the moderators struggled with managing the incoming and outgoing trips.
Achieved 100% data accuracy, improving operations by 30% by designing a mobile application for the employees to offer real-time user-friendly software to fully replace the unreliable and old paperwork.
Offered in-depth control for managers by allowing them to supervise all incoming and outgoing trips in real-time by implementing an interactive dashboard for warehouse trips.

Employee benefits administration solution
The client had to update the benefits system after he faced changes in the law in the United Kingdom. His mostly elderly user community had problems using the current employee benefits administration solution.
Fully complied with new regulations of the United Kingdom by conducting in-depth research on the functional documentation of financial instruments and designing a plan to implement them into the application.
Increased site visualization by 10-20% (having more than 30% from mobile traffic) by allowing elderly users to easily use the application by designing a mobile-friendly website. Ensured excellent stability, having the fewest bugs and incidents in the application history.

Web based time registration
The client was losing time for his employees and managers with the old web-based time registration – so he wanted a new custom-tailored application with new and reliable features.
Eliminated time lost by saving 5 to 10 minutes daily per employee by replacing the old Silverlight application with a newly designed one. The employees could also access the application easily with Google Sign-In from any device.

Application for managing consents for clinical trials
The client needed a solution to fix the critical issue of managing consents for clinical trials. Patients were not informed or did not get the results because there was no reliable way of communicating about it.
