One of my old clients just called me. After the call, I realized that it’s the best thing and one of the best measurements to indicate that you did something great for a client when they are coming back.

Unfortunately, I could not help him with my services right now – but I sent him to the potential right person to find the solution for his problems.

What does this mean? Even if I couldn’t help him with my services, I still managed to offer him value. Most probably, he will always come back to me, and I will help if I can. Also, I just helped some very talented colleagues.

I believe that in this case, everybody won. I won my old client’s trust again (he will come back with another problem), he won the potential solution for his situation, and my referrals won.

Win-Win-Win
